Apply for the Show

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the  Art in the Sawmill Christmas show on October 18 2025, please apply below. This is a juried show so be sure to include some photos of your work. 

Before you apply

Please read this carefully.

ELIGIBILITY

We only accept applicants that make their own product & paint their own paintings. This is a true art/artisan show!

JURIED

All applications will be juried, so please make sure that your application is filled out in its entirety, including photos of your work.  If juried in, you are only permitted to sell what was on your application. This is to avoid duplication. We will not have more than two artisans per category.

REPEAT APPLICANTS. Even if you have participated in the show before, make sure to send us updated pictures of your work and bio. Past participation does not guarantee a spot in the show.

MARKETING

We will need a complete bio, including social media channels for marketing purposes. What makes you stand out! Why would guests want to come to the show to see you? We also request that you share our promotion of the show on your socials as well. 

REQUESTED DAY(s)

Our Summer Art show is a two-day affair. When applying, please indicate if you are applying for Saturday, Sunday or both. Note that the fee remains the same. We cannot guarantee that there will be spots if applying for only one day, but we will indicate that with a follow up email.

IMPORTANT DATES

August 26 — Applications open for the Christmas at the Sawmill Show.
September 11 — Application deadline.
September 13 — Vendor acceptance letters sent out.
September 25 — Artisan Fee of $75.00 is due​

BOOKING RATES FOR 2025

  • Current rate for 2025: $75.00 per 10’x10′ spot
  • Fees are due by date stated above.
  • All payments are non-refundable. The vendor is solely responsible to make payments by the designated time, failing to do so may forfeit the vendor spot.

Vendor Hours and Setup

  • Artisan vendor hours of operation are Saturday, October 18 from 10 am to 4 pm.
  • Vendors are encouraged to be festive and decorate their booths for the Christmas show.
  • Vendors must be set up by 9:30 am and stay until 4 p.m.  Late setups and early takedowns are very disruptive to the guests and other vendors. Set up can be done between 7 am to 9:30 am the day of the show or the Friday before the show.
  • Artisans (outside or in the mill) can set up on Friday from 10 am – 6 pm
